Victoria Ann (Vickie) Cose Axtel was born 12 July 1947 in Richmond, Contra Costa California to William Robert Cose and Mildred Ruth Ratcliff. Vickie passed away 7 April 1997 in Bexar County, Texas. She married Alan Ray Axtell 7 September 1968 in Salt Lake. She and Alan attended the University of Utah. Vickie predeceased her parents and husband Alan.
