Met Phillip, who was the Director of Tourism for the state of Utah, and we married. Time to get a grown up job so I started in tourism sales for hotels and tourism attractions. Moved to Arizona, California, Nevada, Santa Fe, and then back to California. Advanced from Sales Manager, to Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales and finally Director of Sales and Marketing. Have enjoyed remodeling and re-opening hotels, and have received several awards such as "the Most Creative Sales Person of the Year Award" for IHG.

We always wanted a cross walk from the bottom of the hill, where we parked our cars, to the main entrance of school. One night several of us decided that we needed to paint a crosswalk for all of our school mates. We did it! Not in white paint, but, we loved it in the moment for the moment!
