Michael Wayne DuBois 1947 ~ 2005 Michael Wayne DuBois passed away Nov. 3, 2005. Mike was loved by co-workers, neighbors, golfing buddies and most of all by his family. Born May 18, 1947 to Rebecca Pearson DuBois and Eli DuBois in Salt Lake City. He graduated from East High School in 1965. Michael followed in the footsteps of his father and brothers and enlisted in the Army. He served honorably from 1966-69. He was very patriotic and loved his country. While at Ricks College he met his sweetheart, Linda. They were married in the Logan Temple April 18, 1975. Michael loved to read and write, especially poetry. He was an avid sports fan and was very competitive. Next to his sweet Linda, golf was his passion. He was a faithful member of the LDS Church and served in numerous positions. He loved the gospel and cherished his testimony. Michael generously loved all those he knew. He left memorable impressions on all he met. He is survived by is wife, Linda; children, Marci (Raymond) Niesporek, Tyler, Ivan, Emilee; grandchildren, Raymond, Kyle, Eric, Chance, Johnny, and Skyler; sister, Janet Perry; and brother, David Barney. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim; and sister, Karen. Funeral services will be held Tues. Nov. 8th, 11 a.m. at the Riverton 18th Ward, 2350 W. 13400 So. Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 So. 2200 W. and Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn South Valley.
