While living in Orem, Utah, our classmate Jim Rydman died on 12/16/1993 at the age of 46.

James Arthur Rydman, age 46, died December 16, 1993 at his home in Orem.

He was born April 10, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Arthur Emil and Naoma Kistie Brown Rydman.He received his education in Salt Lake City schools and University of Utah. He was a member of the LDS Church and was a High Priest in the Orem Northridge 8th Ward, and was active in the family extraction program in the Suncrest 6th Ward. He also was active in temple work.

James is survived by his mother, Orem; one brother and two sisters: Leonard Rydman, Santa Ana, Calif.; Mrs. Don (Karma) Layton, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lynn (Karen) Haskell, Orem. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Geraldine Belnap.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 20, 1993 at 12 noon in the Orem Northridge 8th Ward Chapel, 600 Heather Road (600 East 1890 No.) Friends may call at the church Monday, from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery.
